Courvoisier is a common name in the french speaking part of Switzerland and you'll find numerous watch company with the Courvoisier name.
But few of them were able to produce minute repeater. May be your watch comes from the Courvoisier Frères Cie created by Henri-Louis Courvoisier and Philippe Auguste Courvoisier in 1842. In 1880 the firm registered its name ans its trade mark as Courvoisier Frères. They produced high quality watches from 1850 to around 1930. In the thirties the company name changed to L. Courvoisier & Cie (Madix watches). This company disapeared in the 60's.
To try to help you we need a scan of the trade marks on the movement and watch case. Have a look on chinese symbols, often seen on Courvoisier watches.
Hope that help
Joel
