Dial is black with luminous markers and luminous hands, it may be refinished but perfect and better than original. Omega marked winding crown, but this crown is not screw down type. New black leather band. Cir. 1950's. I bought some of these at the Dearborn watch show and if they have been recased it sure is a perfect job and they are so cheap I had to buy them.
