"Without having a firm confirmation from the NASA, it is obvious that the Moon Landing has been made exclusively with Speedmaster having the caliber 321"

Merci Monsieur Diethelm !

A: olivier.seston@bigfoot.comDear Sir,
in reply to your above message, we have the following details from our archives :
* OMEGA - Speedmaster - Professional - International Collection
* mvt N° 26'546'818
* manual winding chronograph movement of caliber 321 - 17 jewels
* watch reference: ST 145.012 - stainless steel asymetric case ( diameter 42mm) for better protection of the crown and the push-buttons / new inside rubber gaskets for the push-buttons / case lugs faceted " lyre " shape - luminous black dial and hands
* manufactured and delivered to our Agents in USA - September 16, 1968The required " table " of sequential movement number cannot exist due to technical reasons, therefore, the identification of each watch is only possible through the above indispensable 8-digits number, engraved on the mechanism !
The above watch reference is the first having now the name " Professsional " printed on the dial !
Without having a firm confirmation from the NASA, it is obvious that the Moon Landing has been made exclusively with Speedmaster having the caliber 321 ( tested by the NASA, hence if delivered in 1968, no chance to be on the trip...as they had more than enough watches, all equipped with the cal. 321 in stock !best regards
