Hello Markus,
I receive the strap yesterday.
But I'm sorry to say you that I'm not fully satisfied by my watch
because of two points I discover when I set it.
First, in the "instructions for use" I can read : "The date, month and
moon phases adjustement can be done [] by means of the stylus provided with
your watch". I did not receive this tool (the stylus).
Second, more important : when I set the date, there is a problem. For
all days the hand is perfectly adjusted in front of the number, except for
the 28.
You understand that it is unacceptable for a so costly watch and that
it will be necessary for me to use the warranty. But I don't know if I
must send you back the watch or if i can do it at Paris. Please say me what
is the best.
So I'm asking you :
- to send me the "stylus" which I can set my watch with
- to give me instructions for use the warranty
- to send me the retailers name and adress because the stamp on the
warranty certificate is in japanese and I can't read it.
Thanks.
Best regards,

Hello Adrien
regardig the stylus, have you checked below the pillow in the box ?
I'm almost sure that I have packed one in.
If not I can send you a second one no problem.
Now regarding the date problem, I think you have run the date over the
speed adjustment of the watch ?
It can be that it does not adjust is in exact in the middel, I would
recommend that you let the watch run normaly and see if it adjust it then correctly. You don't have to be in hurry with the warranty there is
a full year left.
You can send the watch in to the service center in France of JLC, the
stamp on the back is from Desco Japan, official importer of JLC in Japan.
Just a tip from my site, if you send the watch for warranty repair
almost at the end of the warranty they will also polish the watch and service it, would make more sence then to send it in just now for a small problem you see just once a month.
with best regards
Markus
