En gros, ca dit qu'il est pratiquement aussi difficile de rayer la couche anti-reflet que le verre lui-même:"Applying a bit of experience from polishing the odd gem, you would have to apply enough force with a substance exceeding the hardness of the substrate to create a fracture of the supporting(of the coating)crystal. It would be almost impossible to clean off several atoms of coating cleanly without damaging the latice that it was bonded to. In essence if you are damaging the coating you are at the same moment damaging the substance it is bonded to at a molecular level. Therefore if you see a scratch in what you think is the coating you are really looking at a defraction from the surface of the saphire crystal. I'm intrested to hear any advance on this explanation."
