the easier way (with the GMT-II as Alain said) should be this one :
- fully pull the crown. Turn it and set the time considering ONLY what you want to see with red 24 hours hand (of course, to set it accurately you should look at the normal "minute" hands as they are synchronised). But don't take into account the "hour" hand position.
- push the crown to the first position. Turn it so that the date and local time are correct.
